### What's included with the Mail service?

### How fast are checks deposited?

Checks you upload (or that arrive in your physical mail) are typically deposited at the bank within one business day of approval. Checks are typically deposited at the bank within 24 hours of receipt when your bank is local to us.

### What happens to my physical mail after it's scanned?

By default we hold scanned mail for 30 days so you can request a forward, then shred it securely. You can request shredding sooner, ask us to forward an item to any address, or have us hold specific items longer — all from your dashboard.

### How do you keep my mail and bank info secure?

All mail is opened in a secure facility by trained staff. Scans are stored encrypted at rest. Access to your account requires a verified login (Clerk-backed sign-in with email verification). For check deposit we collect a Limited Power of Attorney so we can endorse on your behalf — see our Check Deposit Agreement for the full details.

### How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Mail-handling stops at the end of your current billing period; we'll forward or shred any remaining mail per your standing instructions. There are no cancellation fees.

### Do I need to file a USPS Form 1583?

Yes — federal law requires a notarized Form 1583 before we can legally receive mail on your behalf. We walk you through the form and remote notarization during onboarding; most customers complete it in under 15 minutes.
